Lifetime Flagpole Memorial

About Our Flagpole Brick Monument at the Von Haden Boat Landing

Bricks are available to purchase and personalize!

The WRTO was established to build a 20+ mile bike loop in the Boscobel, Woodman, and Wauzeka area along the Wisconsin River, with a crossing from Woodman to Wauzeka for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, ATV, and UTV.

Sadly, unlike most non-profits, the WRTO receives less than 1% of its funding from individual donations.

To highlight our trail’s community spirit, we urge you to donate, even a small amount like $5 or $10 per month via automatic bank withdrawal. Once you are close to your brick donation amount, we will notify you and have you choose your inscription.

When we have enough bricks for another column, we will add your inscribed brick to our display that proudly features our American flag.

Special thanks to Jake Bacon of Wisconsin River Welding, Justin Glasbrenner, Dickman Enterprises, and all their crews for volunteering your time and talents!

The funds raised through the sale of these bricks are used to cover engineering costs for future phases of the Wisconsin River Trail.
